Shibuyer ("we", "us", or "our") sets out below how we handle personal information of users of the application "Voikerchat" (the "App") in this Privacy Policy (this "Policy").
The App collects the following information in order to provide the Service.

Note: Payment details such as credit card numbers are processed by Apple, Google and payment management providers. We do not retain them.
Note: The App does not request permission to use your device's location (GPS). The "approximate location" above is country/region-level information inferred by our advertising provider from your IP address, and does not identify your precise whereabouts.
The conversation feature of the App sends the messages you enter to the servers of our AI service provider (Anthropic, PBC) in order to generate responses.
If you use the voice read-aloud feature, the text being read aloud (such as the AI's response) is sent to the servers of our text-to-speech provider (OpenAI, L.L.C.). Only the text being read is sent, and it is used solely for voice synthesis.
We use the following external providers to deliver the Service. Each provider handles information in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Note: The providers above include entities located outside Japan, and information may be transferred outside Japan. Except as required by law, we will not provide personal information to third parties beyond the purposes stated above without your consent.
We provide information to these companies under their respective Data Processing Addenda, which incorporate Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers.
The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob on the free plan.

You may also delete your account and learning data yourself via "Settings → Delete account" in the App.
The App is intended for users aged 18 years or older. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
In particular, with respect to children under 13, we will promptly delete any information collected without parental consent, in accordance with the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We take necessary and appropriate measures for the safe management of the information we collect, including to prevent leakage, loss or damage. However, we cannot guarantee complete security of communications over the internet.
This Policy may be changed in response to changes in law or improvements to the Service. If we make a material change, we will notify you within the App or by other appropriate means.
This Policy shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Users of Voikerchat can delete their account and all learning data at any time using the following steps:
Deletion is carried out promptly (normally within a few seconds) and cannot be undone.
This operation permanently deletes the following data:
Retention period: except for information we are required by law to retain, the data above is deleted immediately upon the deletion request and is not retained.
